Cousins

This Christmas break Dez made some new best friends. Lucky for him, his new best friends will be a part of his life forever; they're his cousins. 

 

We took a trip to Houston just for the fun of it to see Gabe's brother's family . They have 5 children (2 of which are semi-close to Desmond's age) so it was easy for Desmond to fit right in and be his goofy little self. He loves his cousin Judah and Judah is so sweet and patient with Dez.

We then spent a weekend out in Jasper to celebrate Christmas with extended family. I was shocked how quickly Dez took to Will, whom he had only met a few times before. Their first conversation that weekend went exactly like this--

Will: Hi Desmond! Wanna go play?

Desmond: OK! 

And off they went!
